Founded in 2021 and operational since 2023, D’s General Engineering is the brainchild of Vladimir Montelongo, Jose DelToro, and Derrick Montelongo. Based in Oakland, California, and serving all of Northern California, our team brings together more than 25 years of combined experience in the construction and civil works.
